Use this guide for both paid licenses and self-serve trials. Trial users request a key with email only, then ZAAD binds that trial automatically on first activation in MetaTrader 5.
Paid customers receive a ZAAD license key by email after payment confirmation. Trial users receive a 30-day key by email after requesting it from the website.
Start MetaTrader 5 on the machine you want to trade from and load ZAAD there first. You no longer need to copy any machine ID into the website.
Copy the ZAAD Expert Advisor files into your MetaTrader 5 installation, restart the terminal if needed, and attach the EA to the chart you want to trade.
Paste the license key into the EA inputs. On first validation the server binds that key to the current machine automatically and returns a signed validation token to the EA.
Customers can reset devices from the account portal once every 30 days per license. Admins can override resets from the dashboard.
